Enock M. Ngcobo
Chairman & Group Chief Executive Officer

As Executive Chairman and Group Chief Executive Officer of Mapholoba Brothers Group (Pty) Ltd, Enock Ngcobo provides strategic stewardship, enterprise leadership and governance oversight for the Group, supported by more than three decades of senior executive experience across supply chain leadership, procurement, warehousing and distribution, technical inventory management, finance, sales and marketing, and corporate governance.
His career has included Chief Procurement Officer, Senior General Manager — Supply Chain Management and Group Supply Chain Director roles across large, complex local and international organisations, where he has earned recognition for governance-led procurement, disciplined strategic sourcing, and high-integrity supplier and contract management.
His professional standing is reinforced by MCIPS, CSCP, CILT, Chartered and Master Logistician recognition, and CIPS qualifications, reflecting a strong foundation in governance-led procurement, ethical sourcing and disciplined supply chain leadership. Enock is also an expert level Certified Professional in Demand Forecasting (CPDF) from The International Institute of Forecasters.
Today, Enock sets and stewards the strategic direction of Mapholoba Brothers Group, aligning each division to the Group's long-term vision of trusted, diversified service to South African families, students, entrepreneurs and enterprises, while strengthening institutional credibility and sustainable value creation. His executive capability is anchored in translating governance requirements, commercial priorities and operational complexity into disciplined group-wide execution.
