Enock M. Ngcobo
Chairman & Group Chief Executive Officer
Enock M. Ngcobo is the Chairman & Group Chief Executive Officer of Mapholoba Brothers Group (Pty) Ltd, bringing more than three decades of senior leadership experience in supply chain, procurement and corporate governance.
His career spans Chief Procurement Officer and Group Supply Chain Director roles across large, complex organisations — where he built a reputation for disciplined, ethical procurement, strategic sourcing, and world-class supplier and contract management.
He is credentialed as MCIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply), CSCP (APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional), CILT (Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport), and holds CIPS qualifications — a professional profile that underpins the governance and operating standards of the Group.
Today, Enock leads the strategic direction of Mapholoba Brothers Group, aligning each division with the Group's long-term vision of trusted, diversified service to South African families, students, entrepreneurs and enterprises.
